Two kinds of flowers enclosed by over fifty white tea leaf buds. Steeping awakens each hand-tied blossom, and the tender tea buds unfold to reveal a brilliant mum flower on top of a ring of jasmine petals. Jasmine scented. Sweet and mild.
Blossoming teas are sold by weight. Two ounces includes 5-8 blossoms. Four ounces includes 10-16 blossoms.

1 blossom per pot at 205°F Blossoming tea is easy to brew! Just add one blossom to a large mug or teapot, and brew in hot water until it opens. You’ll want to use a glass vessel so you can watch the tea unfurl.
