    Sourced directly from Japan, our Culinary Matcha powder is the perfect ingredient for baking, blended beverages (like lattes and smoothies), and more. Harvested later than our premium Japanese Matcha, from more mature tea leaves, Culinary Matcha offers a more robust taste that stands up to other ingredients like milk, Winter Melon Sugar, and more.

    Because you are consuming the entire tea leaf when you drink it (rather than just infusing the leaves in water, as with Chinese-style tea), matcha has the highest levels of caffeine and antioxidants of any tea type. A fair warning to those with caffeine-sensitivity: matcha packs a punch!
