Easy to use, with an unbranded matte black design, this minimalist scale is perfect for portioning premium tea leaves for gongfu brewing. The scale is accurate to 0.01 grams, with a maximum capacity of 300 grams, and will quickly become an invaluable tool in your pursuit of the perfect brew.
Tea leaves come in all shapes and sizes: some are dense and tightly rolled, others are loosely twisted and lightweight. Because of this, the best way to dose your leaves is by weight, not volume — our Digital Tea Scale will help you do just that.
Requires 2 AAA batteries, included.
Kindly note: While all scales are pre-calibrated at the factory, as with any digital scale this item may require re-calibration upon receipt (and occasionally throughout its service life) to produce accurate readings. Calibration instructions are included in the box; the calibration process requires a separate calibration weight (not included, but readily available online from other retailers). Kindly note that scales received out of calibration are not defective; we are unable to cover shipping costs associated with exchanging or returning scales on this basis.
