Purple Bamboo

An ancient tea style supposedly dating back to the Tang Dynasty, Purple Bamboo is cultivated in northern Zhejiang Province near Lake Tai, and crafted exclusively from young spring leaves and leaf buds. After harvest, the tea is drum roasted, a neutral heating method that preserves the natural freshness of the leaves.
