Cultivated in Anhui Province's Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) region, Golden Orchid is an exquisite example of pinnacle-grade scented tea. Crafted from only the youngest buds of a gold-hued cultivar, this premium green tea is then scented naturally with pearl orchid (Aglaia odorata) blossoms for several days. The resulting tea offers a crisp and refreshing taste, punctuated with the faintest hint of floral aroma. When brewed well, the flavor reminds us of the plumeria-scented evening air in Taiwan.

1g per 2oz at 165°F for 2m Golden Orchid is crafted from exceptionally young tea buds, which can be sensitive to water temperature. We recommend water no warmer than 165°F to limit astringency. Our favorite way to brew this tea is cold brew: just pour cold water over your leaves and wait until they've rehydrated to enjoy a wonderfully bright and aromatic refreshment.
